Sally J Watson

Weare, NH Sally Jane Watson, 76, passed away peacefully in her home on January 1st, 2025. Born in Miami, Florida on May 18th, 1948, to Sam and Helen Sutton. She graduated from North Miami Senior High in 1966. Years later, Sally met and married the love of her life, Rodney William Watson Sr., on October 1st, 1974. On April 20th, 1981, she joined the Metro Dade Police Department, then graduated BLE #56 ranking 3rd in her class of 27 people. Sally finished with an average of 91.55, with the highest average in the class being a bit higher at 92.30. During her tenure as a Police Officer, Sally received a Department of Service Award, along with several commendation letters. Sally retired from Metro Dade due to injury in 1991 and relocated to Weare, NH, where she happily lived out the rest of her years as a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend to many.
