Reginald A. Cleveland Jr, born May 08, 1951, passed unexpectedly on March 29, 2025, of heart related issues.
“Reg” as he was known to family and friends, was born to Reginald and Ethel Cleveland and is survived by two sisters, Joanne Maki (Jorma) and Cheryl Hempen (Dale). A family man, married to Kate Cleveland for nearly 40 years, he is the father to Christel Nase (Joshua) and Cole Cleveland, Grampie to Lyanah and Zylie Ella Nase and uncle to many nieces and nephews.
Reg graduated from Hillsborough-Deering High School. He was a member of the National Guard Transportation Unit in Hillsborough and was a volunteer fire fighter in Henniker for many years. He was employed primarily in the construction industry and was the owner of Concord Archery.
Reg was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing, shooting, boating and spending time with friends and family. Reg was quick witted and had a pace and timeline of his own. Whether it was time for lunch, or time for a boat ride, it was a good idea to be ready to go. He taught many kids to water ski and wake board on Deering Lake where he and his family spent many fun and memorable summers. He also enjoyed adventuring with his wife, Kate, traveling, camping, hiking and discovering new places.
He loved the Lord and was an active member in the teen bus ministry at Cornerstone Church in Highland Michigan. He was a current attendee at Oceans Unite Christian Centre in Vero Beach Fl.
Reg was loved and respected by many in all the various communities he lived in over the years. Be it Hillsboro, Henniker, Deering NH, Milford MI or Sebastian FL, he touched lives, made people laugh and will be missed by all. His generous spirit impacted many people as he was always willing to lend a helping hand.
