Priscilla E Donahey

Hillsboro, NH Priscilla E. Donahey 92, of Hillsboro, NH died on June 29, 2024, at the Hillsboro House Nursing home in Hillsboro NH. She is survived by her son William Donahey and grandchildren Emma and Matthew Donahey. Born April 02, 1932, in Lexington MA to Harry and Jane Nissen, Priscilla, or Puffy as her family and friends called her, spent her early years in Lexington before moving to Hillsboro at the age of 4. She graduated from Hillsboro High School and then from UNH with a bachelor’s degree in chemistry. She went on to complete her master’s degree in food science at Purdue University. At Purdue University she met Bob Donahey. They were married at the Smith Congregational Church in Hillsboro, NH on September 1, 1957. After Bob's graduation from Purdue, they moved around the country to accommodate the demands of his job. They settled in Amherst, NH in 1961 and raised their son William.
