Neil Edwin Rennie

Weare, NH Neil E. Rennie, photographer and professor of photography, born May 24, 1948, died on October 25, 2024 at his home in Weare, NH. Neil was predeceased by his parents John A. Rennie and Marguerite (Margo) S. (Sowers) Rennie. He is survived by his brother Allan Rennie and sister-in-law Shirley Rennie of Jonesport, ME, brother Carl Rennie of Seattle, WA, nephews Michael Rennie and Matthew Rennie of FL, and Christopher of NH, as well as great-nephew Kyle Rennie of MA. He also leaves behind many friends and former students in the New England area and beyond. Neil Rennie grew up in Westford, MA, and after graduating from the Northfield Mount Hermon School in Gill, MA, he went on to earn an undergraduate degree at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a Master of Fine Arts in Photography from the Rhode Island School of Design.
