Lt. Col. (Ret.) Kevin James Garrigan USAF, died on July 24, 2024 at the age of 77 after a long battle with Parkinsons Disease.
He was born in Boston, MA to James P and Ann H (McLaughlin) Garrigan.
Kevin received his undergraduate degree from University of Miami. He went on to serve his country as mission crew commander on AWACS and unit commander in the USAF before earning his Masters Degree and finding a second career as an administrator in the public school system.
An avid sailor, golfer and pet lover, Kevin was happiest surrounded by family, friends and his faithful dogs. His quick wit and colorful stories made for entertaining gatherings. His love of life was infectious.
Devoted husband, Kevin is survived by his beloved wife of over 30 years, Marianne (Stanford) Garrigan. He also leaves behind daughter Heather Garrigan Hentz and her husband Jeffrey and grandchildren Samantha Elizabeth Hentz and Justin Garrigan Hentz.
