Judy W. Oster, age 82 and most recently of Hillsborough NH, passed away on Sunday, March 30, 2025, at Catholic Medical Center in Manchester, NH. She was born on December 6, 1942, in Greenville, SC to the late George Warren White, Sr. and Thelma Louise (Scruggs) White and was predeceased by her two brothers: George Warren White, Jr. and Sidney Coy White, as well as her first husband: Donald W. Williams and second husband: James A. Oster.
Ever a lover of life, Judy fought hard to survive lung cancer, then passed unexpectedly from cardiac arrest. She left behind one daughter and one son: Nancy O’Brien and Barry Williams, as well as nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Judy had friends who were like family to her, and she left a void in multiple communities. She loved to travel, cook for crowds of people, and talk at length with everyone she met. A celebration of life will be held at a future date at The American Legion, Young & Richardson, Post 59 located at 538 W Main St. Hillsborough, NH 03244., where she served as Chaplain of the Auxiliary.
