Jacques L. “Jocko” Turbyne, 76, of Windsor, NH, passed away unexpectedly on February 15, 2025. Born August 21, 1948, in Orange, NJ, to David Leslie Turbyne and Audrey Sophie Viegler, Jacque lived a life rich in love, laughter, and community.
He spent his formative years in Caldwell, NJ, graduating from James Caldwell High School. His culinary interests led him to attend Miami Dade Junior College in Miami, FL. After exploring New England, he settled in Hillsboro, NH, where he built a life filled with cherished friendships and family. For many years, he worked as a dedicated mechanic at Osram Sylvania, contributing his skills and unwavering work ethic to the community. His commitment to service was evident in his membership with the Sons of the American Legion, Post 59, and the Hillsboro Moose Lodge.
