Diane Marie Russell

Hillsboro, NH Diane Marie Jean Russell, 64, of Hillsborough, New Hampshire, passed away battling cancer on Thursday, October 24 at the Granite VNA Hospice House in Concord. Diane was born in Newport, Vermont, in 1960, to Leo and Fernande (Viens) Jean. She graduated from Milton High School and earned an accounting degree from Champlain College. Diane started working when she was a teenager at Elm Hill Farm. She held various positions but spent most of her professional career at Chittenden Bank which became People’s United Bank. She retired as a multi-award-earning Branch Manager. She came out of retirement to work for the U.S. Postal Service and retired again in 2021. Diane and her husband also owned and operated Starlight Cleaning Services. Diane was preceded in death by her father, mother, and brother Robert Jean. She is survived by her husband of 18 years, Malcolm Russell, and step-daughter Alexandra Russell; step-grandchildren Lucas and Lily Tinker; sisters Lucie Jean and her husband Paul Duchesneau...
