JAFFREY, NH:  Claudia T. Ellithorpe, 84, of Jaffrey, NH died May 8, 2019 after a long illness, in Community Hospice House in Merrimack, NH. 

Claudia was born June 15, 1934 in Council Bluffs, Iowa, to the late Harold J. and Janet C. (Millard) Ellithorpe. 

She lived most of her adult life in California, where she worked as a legal secretary, before retiring to North Carolina and eventually to New Hampshire. 

An avid traveler, she spent a year exploring post-war Europe and a year living and working in Australia; experiences she treasured throughout her life. 

Claudia is survived by a niece, Anne, of Hancock, as well as a niece and nephew, Elizabeth and Dan, both of Tennessee. 

The Holt-Woodbury Funeral Home & Cremation Service Hillsboro, NH is assisting the family.
