Joyce Ann Philbrook, 67, died Sunday February 12, 2012 in her home this past weekend in Hillsborough NH.

She was born July 12^th, 1944 in Bangor Maine to Frank and Minnie Manzo.  Joyce lived from Bangor Maine to Hartford Connecticut through her life, but spent the majority of her adult years in New Hampshire with her husband Arthur Philbrook.

Joyce spent a good portion of her professional life as an executive assistance in the electronics industry, working for Sanders Corporation and Digital Inc.  As her life progressed she moved into a primarily part-time career, becoming a fixture at the local grocery stores in the deli.  Most residents of Hillsboro and surrounding towns would see her at the deli, serving customers day in and day out.  Joyce was a tenacious person, and was well loved by many.

Joyce was also pre-deceased by her husband Arthur, his son Ronald, as well as her brothers Roscoe Manzo, and Steven Manzo.

She is survived by her son Christopher Philbrook, brother, Michael Manzo, sisters Judy Walls, and Linda Spencer.  She is also survived by step sons Donald, David, and Daniel Philbrook, as well as step daughters Candice, Cynthia, Sharon, Deborah, Susan, and Shirley.  She has a multitude of step grandchildren, as well as nieces and nephews.

Calling hours are 10am to noon on Sunday, February 19^th  at Holt Woodbury Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Hillsborough.  Friends and family are encouraged to come share their memories of Joyce with one another.
