Harold S Titcomb, 86, of Hillsboro, NH, died Wednesday July 6, 2011 at Pleasant view Nursing Home in Concord, NH.

Harold was born December 17, 1924 in Boston Mass, he was the son of the late Harold  & Bertha (Goess) Titcomb.

He worked for Monadnock Paper Mill, in Bennington, NH for 26 years before his retirement in 1990.

Member of Bennington Congregational Church in Bennington, NH, he loved Nature, especially his farm in Deering, NH, and loved to sing and he had a wounderful Voice, and also wrote many wonderful poems and short stories.

He was survived by his wife of 47 years, Lillian ( Whitney) Titcomb, of Hillsboro, NH 3 Son’s Fred Titcomb, of Keene, NH, James McGuire Jr, of Hillsboro, NH, Keith McGuire, of Antrim, NH, Kimberley (Titcomb) MacNeil, of Hillsboro, NH, 1 Sister, Jeanne Bartlett, of Deering, NH & 14 Grandchildren, 20 Great Grandchildren.

Services will be held at the convenience of the family.

The Holt-Woodbury Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Hillsboro, NH is in charge of arrangements.
