Vernice L (Hodgdon) Grant, 94, of Antrim, NH died Tuesday September 13, 2011 at home with her family at her side.

She was born June 2, 1917 in Barton, Vermont, to Clarence H and Gertrude M (Valley) Hodgdon. She was also predeceased by her husband Linwood B Grant who died in 1990.

She worked as a Machine Operator at NH Ball Bearing Company for many years before her retirement.

Vernice was survived by 1 Son, Linwood C Grant, of Antrim, NH, 1 Daughter, Gertrude L Clark, of West Deering, NH, 5 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, and several nieces & nephews.

Private graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family.

Burial will be in N. Branch Cemetery, Antrim, NH.
