Edward F Dillon, 82, of Hillsboro, NH died Saturday September 3, 2011 at Concord Hospital.

He was Born November 17, 1928 in Everett, Mass, To Michael J & Annie (Lloyd) Dillon, also predeceased by 2 Brothers and 3 Sisters.

 Member of the American Legion Post 59-Teamsters Local 25, United States Submarine Veterans Holland Club Groton Base

Served 1945 to 1962 with the United States Navy

Machinist by trade and also worked many years for at Boston Produce Market @ Faneuil Hall, then at  it's new location in Chelsea Mass.

Survived by his wife of 58 years Vivian G (Nickerson) Dillon, of Hillsboro, NH, 4 Sons Ron Nickerson, of MN,  Jim Dillon, Of Hillsboro, NH,  Les & Melanie Dillon, of Hillsboro, NH,  Steve Dillon, of Hillsboro, NH, Kathy Weber, of Hillsboro, NH, 1 Sister, Margaret McLsaac, Of Wakefield, Mass, and 1 Sister in law Norma Dillon, of Sheffield, Mass,  10 Grandchildren, 10 Great Grandchildren, Many Nieces & Nephews. .         

Calling Hours will be held Tuesday September 6, 2011 from 6-8 pm in the Holt-Woodbury Funeral Home & Cremation Service 32 School St Hillsboro, NH.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday September 7, 2011 at 10.30 am in the NH Veterans Cemetery, Boscawen, NH.
