Alan D Hemenway, 50, of Hillsboro, NH died Wednesday Sept 1, 2010 at Monadnock Community Hospital in Peterborough, NH.

He was born May 31, 1960 in Rochester, NH. He was the son of Norman F and Joan Mary Louise (Cotta) Hemenway.

Alan worked as a Machine Tender for 291/2 years at Monadnock Paper Mill in Bennington, NH, where he was also a member of the Local union.

Member of the Loyal Order of Moose lodge # 1091 Hillsboro, NH. And also was a USAir force Veteran

Survived by his wife of 23 years, Mary R (McMillan) Hemenway, of Hillsboro, NH, 1 Son, Alexander D Hemenway, of Hillsboro, NH, 1 Daughter, Ashley M Hemenway, of Hooksett, NH, 2 Sisters, Cynthia Hemenway, of Epping, NH, Gail Hemenway, of Hillsboro, NH.

Calling hours will be held Friday Sept 10, 2010 from 6-8 pm in the Holtwoodbury Funeral Home, Hillsboro, NH

Funeral services will be held Sat Sept 11, 2010 at 10 am in the  Hillsboro Funeral Home. The Rev Gregory Lull will officiate.

Burial will be held at the convenience of the family

A reception will follow at Guy & Terri Hemenway home at 2045 2^nd NH Turnpike West Deering, NH.
