Barbara Ann (Howes) Fournier, 67 of Concord, NH died Friday October 29, 2010 at the Concord Hospital.

Born May 8, 1943 in Lowell Mass, the daughter of the late Hugh A And Doris R (Taylor) Howes.

Barbara worked as an Office Manager for the State of NH Safety Dept. in Concord, NH for many years before her retirement.

Barbara was also an avid knitter and she he would knit caps and give them to Concord Hospital for the newborn babies. She loved NH especially the mountains, and Brooks & streams. She was well known as a giving person, and was a member of the Trinity Baptist Church in Concord, NH.

Survived by 1 Son, Jerry D Fournier, of Henniker, NH, 1 Daughter, Christine Bell, of Middleboro, Ma, 1 Brother, Arthur Howes, of Phillipsburg, NJ, 1 Sister, Kathleen Smith, of Sutton, NH, 4 Grandchildren, 1 Great Granddaughter.

Graveside services will be held Saturday November 6, 2010 at 1 pm in the Henniker New Cemetery, Henniker, NH. The Rev Joe Bolduc Pastor of Trinity Baptist Church will officiate.
