Mildred Mae Davis Smith, 95 of Belmont, NH died Saturday, May 8, 2010 at the Merrimack County Nursing Home in Boscawen, NH

Born August 3, 1914 in Candia, NH the daughter of the late Benson W. and Elizabeth M. (Small) Davis. Mildred was also predeceased by her husband, Leo Farrar, 1 sister, Ruth Whipple, 2 brothers, Wilfred Benson Davis, and Walter Davis.

She attended school in Epping, NH, and Sanford, Maine, Adelphia, NJ, Franklin, NH, and Belmont, NH.

She was former member of the NH Grange. She also enjoyed Bowling, doing puzzles. She worked for GTE Sylvania in Hillsboro, NH, and the Sprague Electric, Company, for 13 years in Concord, NH.

Survived by 3 daughters, Beverly A. Gee, of Hillsboro, NH, Christine Mae Goodwin, of Belmont, NH, Betty Louise Simineau, of Newport, NH, 15 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren.

Calling hrs will be held Tuesday May 11, 2010 from 6-8 pm in the Holt-Woodbury Funeral Home & Cremation Service 32 School St Hillsboro, NH.

Funeral services will b held Wednesday May 12, 2010 at 11 am in the Holt-Woodbury Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Hillsboro, NH.

Burial will follow in Butler Yard Cemetery, Deering, NH.
