Catherine Isabel (Ashley) Henson, 79 died unexpectedly on May 9, 2010 in St. Petersburg, Florida.

She was born September 24, 1930 in Burlington, Vermont, the daughter of the late Raymond Ashley and Anna (Urgo) Ashley. Also predeceased by a son Timothy Henson who died at the age of 19 in Hillsboro, NH.

Catherine retired from Sylvania in Hillsboro, NH after 25 years of service. She attended schools in Hartford, Connecticut. Catherine loved to laugh, and genuinely enjoyed good fortune when it came to her way. She had a passion for dancing, particularly to her favorite genre of music-country. Her children were extremely important to her, and she made it a priority to keep in touch with them on a regular basis.

Catherine leaves 2 Daughters, Kathleen (Henson) Costanzo and her husband Charles of Danbury, Ct., Charmaine Henson of Lowell, Ma, 2 Sons, John Henson, of Waterbury, Ct, Barry Craig, of St. Petersburg, Fl, 1 Brother, Robert Ashley, of Rocky Hill, Ct, 1 Step Son, Jimmy Henson, of Palm Beach Garden Fl, 12 Grandchildren, Jason Craig, John, Joe, Crystal, Heather, and Jonathan Henson, Andrew and Matthew Laskowski, Charles and Elizabeth Costanzo, and Jessica and Justin Olin. and 8 Great Grandchildren, 2 Great Great Grandchildren .

Memorial services will be held Thursday May 27, 2010 at 11 am in the Holt-Woodbury Funeral Home & Cremation Service 32 School St Hillsboro, NH.

Burial will follow in St. Charles Cemetery, Hillsboro, NH.
