Jeannette M (Rowell) Crane 79, of Washington, NH died Wednesday February 24, 2010 at the Sullivan County Nursing Home, Unity, NH. 

Born in Henniker, NH she lived most of her life in Washington NH, the daughter of Edward G & Martha (Foster) Rowell.

Jeannette and her late husband Robert owned and operated the Crane Farm in Washington, NH.

She was a member of Riverside Rebekah Lodge # 22 Contoocook, NH, Washington Fire Dept Ladies Auxiliary, and the Sullivan County Farm Bureau.

Survived by 2 Sons, Robert W Crane II, of Windsor, NH, Gary L Crane, of Washington, NH, 3 Daughters, Teresa Hunt, of Hillsboro, NH, Cindy Eaton, of Washington, NH, Dorothy Olda, of Lempster, NH, 2 Brothers, George Rowell, and Richard Rowell, both of Bradford, NH. 1 Sister Evelyn of Florida, 10 Grandchildren, 3 Great Grandchildren Several Nieces & Nephews.

A celebration of Jeannette life will be held Thursday March 4, 2010 at 11 am in Camp Morgan Lodge, Mellon Pond Rd in Washington, NH.

 Burial will be in spring in East Washington Cemetery, East Washington, NH.

Donations may be made in her name to the Washington Fire Dept. Woman’s Auxiliary P.O. Box 233 Washington, NH 03280.
