Ann C. (Vantassell) Kney, 83, of Henniker, NH,  died Friday June 19, 2009 at Merrimack County Nursing Home in Boscawen, NH.

She was born September 16, 1925 in Yonkers, NY to Charles & Anna (Nickalson) Vantassell.  Ann has lived in Henniker for the past 24 years.

She was predeceased by her husband Victor F. Kney and a daughter Karen Kney.

Ann is survived by her son Gerald P. Kney of Henniker, NH, two daughters; Donna Marie McAfee of Petersburg, PA, Margaret “Peg” Mary McAfee of Colorado Springs, Colorado, 4 grandchildren 3 great grandchildren.

 A Graveside service will be Wednesday June 24, 2009 at 10:30 am in the Henniker New Cemetery, Henniker NH.  Rev. Mark Dollard will officiate.
