David William Kellerman, 61 of Washington, NH died April 27, 2009 at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, in Lebanon, NH. Born in Schenectady, NY, Lived in Burnt Hills, NY, Littleton, Ma, Venice, Fl, before moving to Washington, NH, 5 Years ago. Son of the late William Frederick Kellerman, & Irene (Dennison) Kellerman Maxwell. Graduate of Burnt Hills Ballston Lake High School, in Burnt Hills NY, Clarkson University, Potsdam, NY, and received is masters in materials Engineering Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Worcester, Ma. David work at Digital Equipment Corporation, and owned & operated the Material Solutions Consulting LLC for 18 years, and was partner in Dense Power Associates for over 1 year. Also invented, developed & was issued 5 patents for the a formulation and process for low dielectric constant thick film ceramic material for electronic substrates. Digital Equipments has licensed Material Solutions to practice technology contained in the composite integrated circuit package (Integral Heatsink) patent in which he is named inventor. He has also held positions as technical supervisor for a Thick Film Hybrid engineering group and an Avanced Ceramic Package development group. Dave was a member of National Wildlife society, Trout Unlimited, IMAPS: (International Microelectronics and Packaging Society) Technical subcommittee co-chair, Senior Member, and Corporate member, American Ceramic Society Regional Corporate Sponcer. Dave was an optimist who always wore a smile and had an infectious laugh. He cherished his time with his family and friends. He loved the outdoors especially for the natural surroundings, the joy in fishing, gardening and long walks with his pet schnauzers, Fritz and Kaiser. He was a devoted husband and father who always put their needs above his. As a new resident of Washington, NH he was especially enamored living by the buity of the Ashuelot River that flows by our house. Survived by his wife of 39 ½ years Charline (Epley) Kellerman, of Washington, NH, 2 Sons, Brett David Kellerman, of Windsor, NH, Robert William Wan Kellerman, of Burlington, Ma, 1 Brother, James Paul Kellerman, & Suzanne Francis, of Belmont Calif, 1 Step Sister, Linda & Dale Simmons, of Lake Land Fla, and Father in law Nomer Maxwell, of Batavia, NY. Services will be held Saturday May 2, 2009 at 12.30 PM in the Washington Congregational Church, Washington, NH. The Rev Lauri Zelman will officiate. Burial will follow in Center Cemetery, Washington, NH. The Holt-Woodbury Funeral Home & Cremation Service Hillsboro, NH is in charge of arrangements.
