Kenneth C Barnes, 59, of Hillsboro, NH, died Saturday February 21, 2009 at his home.

He was born October 11, 1949 in Leominster, Mass, before moving to Hillsboro, Nh in 1994. The son of the late Francis and Bertha E (Vint) Barnes, also predeceased by a brother Francis Barnes.

Kenneth work for HMC in Contoocook, NH for many years before his retirement. He was a member of the United Methodist Church in Hillsboro, NH, and also AA, and was a mentor & inspiration for many of his friends. 

He was survived by his wife of 14 years Martha E (LaBier) Barnes, of Hillsboro, NH, 3 Step Sons, Dana Eldred, of Loudon, NH, Daniel Little, of Manchester, NH, Christopher Severance, of Hillsboro, NH, 2 Step Daughters, Deanna Mogavero, of Franklin, NH, Keri Eldred, Of Keene, NH, 2 Sisters, Judith Barnes, of Sedona Arizona, Deborah Matthews, Of Hillsboro, NH, 1 Step Grandson, & 2 Step Granddaughter.

Calling hrs will be held Tuesday February 24, 2009 from 2-4 & 6-8 PM in the Holt-Woodbury Funeral Home & Cremation Service Hillsboro, NH.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday February 25, 2009 at 10 AM in the Funeral Home the Rev Rodney Dobbs will officiate.

Burial will be in the spring.
