Beverly J. Yeaple, 82, died September 27,2009, at Concord Hospital after a period of declining health.

She was born in Rochester, New York to the late Edna M. (Seiler) and Whitney S.K. Yeaple on November 27,1926.

Beverly graduated from Wheaton College with a BS degree in chemistry, class of 1948 and continued her education at Duke University with a degree in Medical Technology. She worked as a medical technologist at Concord Hospital for over 25 years retiring in 1987.

She served as Deering Deputy Town Clerk and served her town on numerous boards including the Planning Board and Tax Map Committee, and she actively participated in the efforts of the Deering Conservation Commission over many years up to her death. She was active in the affairs of Deering Community Church and Deering Women’s Guild. Bev was recently seen at the annual fair this past August selling the 250 jars of jam she helped to make.

Beverly was predeceased by her brother and sister-in-law, Whitney S. and Kathleen C. Yeaple. She is survived by cousins in Illinois.

There are no calling hours.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 6, 2009 at 1 PM at the Deering Community Church.

Burial will follow the service at East Deering Cemetery, East Deering, NH.
